Shipping & Returns

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2-3 day for the tracking information to become available. Track the status of your order here.

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please contact our support team Here.

Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your online order and has to be made within 30 days from receiving your order. Please contact email us at Here with the option “I want to make an exchange”. Our customer service team will assist you with the returns process.

Important Payment Information:

• Credit cards are not charged until order products are shipped.
• Some debit and bank check cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. This is an authorization only. Funds will be collected by Basple upon shipment of products.
• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
• Merchandise Return Cards are valid for in-store purchases only.

Let’s Get Started

• Shop online at Basple and add products to your shopping cart.
• When you’re ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
• Enter your gift card number and unique PIN (codes are case sensitive) in section 4: payment details.
• Please save your gift card for future use if it covers the full amount of the transaction. If your gift card only covers a portion of the transaction, an additional form of payment is required.
• If you have a gift card that does not have a PIN, it cannot be redeemed online and can only be redeemed at a Basple retail store. In order to use your gift card online, your remaining balance can be transferred to a new gift card at your local “Company name”.
• When making a purchase online at Basple, you may redeem up to 5 gift cards per order.
• Gift cards are not accepted for auto ship orders.
• Purchases of gift cards are not eligible for Treats points.
• Merchandise Return cards are valid in-store only and cannot be used to purchase items online.
